Enquiries and information you choose to send

You can contact the ground using the website enquiry forms or by email. We use your email address, message and any contact details you provide to answer you and discuss arrangements you request. Please avoid sending health information, identity documents or other sensitive personal details. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking, payment or marketing subscription.

The forms request your name, email, enquiry type and message; telephone is optional. Group enquiries also ask for an approximate group size and may include a group name and preferred date. Providing information is voluntary, but a contact address is needed to reply.

Why information is used

For booking-related requests, information is used to take steps at your request before a contract. General correspondence and website security are handled for legitimate interests: responding to questions, running a reliable website and preventing abuse. Relevant booking records may also need to be retained to meet legal obligations. We do not sell enquiry information or use it to add you to a marketing list. This website does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects using automated profiling.

Hosting, email and service providers

Vercel hosts this website in the authorised website support provider’s Pro workspace. Vercel processes technical request information, which may include IP address, browser details, requested URL, request time and security or error records, to deliver and protect the service. Authorised website administrators may access operational records for support and security. Please do not put personal information in page URLs.

Email sent directly to the ground is handled by your email provider and the ground’s Google Gmail account. Resend delivers website form messages to that same Gmail inbox. The form implementation uses server-side validation, a hidden spam field, signed short-lived tokens, duplicate checks and temporary in-memory abuse counters. Keyed hashes are used for these counters rather than raw contact details. No separate CAPTCHA or external rate-limit storage service is used in this configuration. Form messages are sent to the business inbox; they are not published on the website.

Vercel, Google and Resend may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their processing terms and transfer arrangements apply to the services used. How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to respond, manage any arrangements requested, resolve a dispute or meet relevant record-keeping obligations. Information should be deleted when those purposes no longer require it. The ground can explain the retention arrangements applying to a particular enquiry. Technical hosting and security records follow the provider’s retention settings and the needs of incident investigation. No form submission database is maintained by this website. Application abuse counters and duplicate fingerprints expire within one day; signed form tokens expire after four hours. Resend states that email and log data on its standard plans is retained for 30 days; copies delivered to Gmail follow the ground’s email retention arrangements.

Google Calendar and published dates

The website reads a dedicated Google Calendar on the server using an account with read-only access. Your browser requests published dates from this website; it does not receive Calendar credentials or connect to a Google Calendar embed. The website displays recognised, confirmed Shoot, Competition and Special events and their published descriptions. Personal calendars and private or confidential events are excluded. The ground manages these public event details in Google Calendar and should include only information intended for visitors. Updates normally appear within about five to ten minutes; please confirm arrangements before travelling.

Cookies, analytics and other websites

No analytics, advertising pixels or marketing tracking are enabled in this website. The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may use strictly necessary technical storage where required. Facebook and Google Maps are links rather than embedded widgets; those services apply their own privacy and cookie policies when you choose to open them. Facebook automation is disabled.

Your rights and concerns

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a portable copy. Contact the ground using the email above to make a request or raise a concern. Some rights have exceptions, for example where records must be kept for legal reasons.
